Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY: 

• Standard UK delivery (once order has been dispatched): (2nd class recorded 3-5 working days) £4.99
• Free Standard UK delivery: On all UK orders over £150
• Priority Delivery (Wooden Items only): £20
• Downloadable Items: FREE
• International delivery: Please email us with the post code/zip code of your location. We will then contact you with feasibility and postage price. 
• Please note delivery of wooden and non-wooden products may arrive separately. 

TURNAROUND TIME: 

• Wooden Items: Our turnaround time is up to 3 weeks. If you require a wooden product within 10 days there is a priority charge of £20. Please select Priority Delivery in checkout if you require this. 
• Clothing items: 4 weeks
• Travel items: 4 weeks
• Stationery & Prints: 1 week

RETURNS & EXCHANGE: 

To start a return, visit our Returns Portal.

• The Pretty Parcel will not accept returns on personalised items.
• The Pretty Parcel will accept returns and exchanges on non personalised items that are in new condition, unaltered and free of damage. If applicable, the item must not have been washed or show signs of wear. 
• If the item is being returned due to a production error please contact us at info@theprettyparcel.co.uk   
• Please return within 14 days from the receipt of original order. If you would like to return or exchange, please let us know by contacting us at info@theprettyparcel.co.uk
• If an item is returned to us and shows signs of wear or washing, then no exchange will be given and the item will be returned to you.
• The return postage from customer to The Pretty Parcel will not be covered by The Pretty Parcel. 

REFUNDS: 

• Personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty. 
• Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from receipt of the returned item.
